I have introduced a new business model exclusively for tech incubators, tech accelerators, and independent co-working spaces across India, Singapore, and Southeast Asia. I have a proven track record of hacking growth, increasing revenue and empowering employees to get the best work from them. I work with your team to create sustainable business models to make them successful.
I partner with your startups and their founders to identify areas of opportunity and define the strategy and execution required in achieving them. To do this, I go in deep, understanding the startup’s mindset, existing business models and market challenges – well enough to transcend the traditional role of management consulting. I combine it with a “user-centric” perspective which allows me to be a change agent. At my core, I am a creative, builder and evangelist for the ideas that produce growth, and will mentor the evolution of the startup and their markets. At ibuildcompanies.com, I help startups make things people love.I have a passion for working with administrative, HR, sales, creative, UX and tech departments to define the right outcomes for the startup.
ibuuldcompanies.com has a broad focus, from developing branding, image and long-term growth strategies, to monetization options and mobile strategies (and everything in between). I assess the startup’s operational and business models to identify new business opportunities that take into account the capabilities and constraints of the brand, the organization, the market and the user, as well as the financial and technology realities. In short, I help startups build an organization and products that will help them sustain and grow into mature companies.

The Process
I work on a monthly retainer which enables each company to focus on any of the services listed above. Once a contract is signed, I will meet with you to discuss your concerns and challenges with each of the individual startups you put on retainer. This meeting will be completely confidential and meant to get your perspective on what the priorities should be. We partner with you to get the best out of your startups. We want them to be just as successful as you do.
I will then introduce myself to your startup’s stakeholders and present them with my capabilities. I’ll ask a lot of questions about what they need and, keeping your concerns in mind, learn about what they think about the issues you raise. (In my experience, the disconnect between expectations and reality typically comes down to communication and prioritization. I’m good at this part.) Each startup has a dedicated number of hours per week/days per month to use us however way they like. If they need research, I’ll do that. If they need better sales pitch decks, I’ll work on that. If they’re looking for high level ways to raise revenue or gain more profit, we will focus on that.
We keep an open door policy when we are scheduled in your offices (or Zoom, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp). Any of your startups can set up a meeting to discuss their pain points, after which we will create a response on how to eliminate that issue, be it training, upgraded branding, go-to-market-strategy, recommending a pivot in business model, etc. The retainer pays for our expertise in developing and executing these programs with an emphasis on excellence and international standards. Any external expenses such as venue rental, catering, merchandising, etc., would be covered by the startup or client company and we will create these plans based on their budgets.
These challenges can gather huge interests in people.
Is your site for showcase purposes, to be employed as a brochureware website or an online shop?
I like it whenever people come together and share views.

Thanks for finally writing about Tech Incubator and Accelerator Services . I really Liked it!
This design is spectacular! You definitely know
how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your posts,
I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Fantastic job.
I really enjoyed what you had to say, and more than that, how you
presented it. Too cool!
Whats up? Are you using WordPress for your blog platform? I’m new to the blog world but I’m trying to get started and set up my own. Do you require any html coding expertise to make your own blog? Any help would be really appreciated!
I quite like reading a post that can make people think. Also, thanks for allowing for me to comment!
I have to thank you for the efforts you’ve put in penning
this site. I’m hoping to see the same high-grade content from you in the future as
well. In fact, your creative writing abilities has encouraged me to get my very own site now 😉
Very good blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m totally confused.
Any recommendations? Cheers!
There are plenty of options, that’s for sure, and I would recommend trying a few to see what interface works best for you. The best advice I could give you is just write and write often. Blogs also should have an RSS feed option and you may want to develop a email mailing list that automatically sends out new emails to your list each week os month or so. Be authentic and informative. Check your facts. Link to corroborating web sites. Develop trust with your readers and they’ll come back for more. Good luck!
