Change Management

Change Management - ibuildcompanies.com by Jeanne Heydecker
Change Management is very challenging to do, especially from the inside, where both emotions and turf can control your decision making which may or may not actually grow your firm in a sustainable manner. Coming from the outside, I can independently assess and create a plan that provides a solid future for your firm.

I get it. Change is hard. The bigger the company, the harder it is to gain the buy-in from the stakeholders who matter in order to implement mission-critical, long term change for better results.

I developed a five stage innovation program that involves communications with employees from the very beginning of working on the company’s issues. Many of the “high maintenance” employees usually have tried to discuss the issues and may already have thought about solutions. Innovation can come from the boardroom, the janitor, a secretary, anyone working within your business.

“It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar, and seemingly secure, in order to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power.”
